The Heavy Events were great - we managed to watch the Professional Invitational event, where the competitors hailed from Canada, America and Europe. As I snapped this photo, the hammer had just slipped from the throwers hand (early) and you can see it glancing off the safety cage. I got out of the way - quickly.

A spectacular fireworks display that the organizers managed to light off 50 feet from our campsite. The first boom was quite a scare, but it was great after that (although a bit smoky).
